Shipping Times & Delivery

How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 days from the date of shipment. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow every step of its journey to your doorstep.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Simply click the link in the email or visit our Track Your Order page anytime.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations. For this reason, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Incorrect Address: Mistakes happen! If you've entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@lolosshop.com immediately. We can correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
  • Business Days: Please note that "business days" are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
